For some reason my heels on one foot started popping, I got this, was petrified of using it and then tried it. My heels are smooth again! I would suggest this to prevent tearing as I now have some cracking dents that will take a while to flatten out, don't wait like me, take control of your feet! It doesn't hurt physically, but if you're like me then you have to overcome the mental "Am I really going to put a metal grater in my skin?". Try it, you won't regret it! I wish I had had this when my heels started to show signs of dryness, cracks appear after dryness so don't let it get that far. I will now use it as part of my morning routine!
