After my last chair broke. 4 times . I decided to spend a few dollars and get a better one. Enter Hercules. what you need to know * Assembly was extremely easy compared to other chairs (it took about 5 minutes to assemble) * Every part of this chair is of extremely high quality. * The metal parts are over three times thicker than other chairs I've bought. * The padding is exceptional and very strong yet comfortable. * The leather (I doubt it's real) is very soft, smooth and supple. rated at 400lbs I'm <300 and I can tell you this thing will easily handle 400lbs. I sit at the computer 8-14 hours a day and I will say. Until now, I never felt like sitting in a chair at my desk every day. I highly, highly, highly recommend this chair.
