Pros: - I have a fairly large Syrian hamster. Unlike the product image, she fits in here with plenty of room (4-5 times her size) - Really cute! Looks exactly like the photo - Overall sturdy construction (I think it's mostly fleece or similar fabric) - Inside the frog there is a zippered removable plush base/cushion. Cons - I'm still learning to be a better hamster owner so they should only be used during play and under supervision as they can get tangled in chewed tissue. My hamster happily chewed through all the stitching as well as part of the pillow/base. Thankfully, it doesn't look like she's attempted to use cotton for her nest. I'll probably replace the stuffing with something hamster-proof - not a big fan of sticky pupils (felt fabric? and not sure if glue is chew-safe). Overall recommended for other small animals that don't need to dig like little guinea pigs it can be extremely dangerous
