Engaging Marketing Automation Platform With Strong Support

I have used tapgerene in my organization to track leads, engagement with digital content (such as videos) and sales pipeline management across multiple campaigns at different stages of marketing funnel. The platform has helped us build rich insights into our lead flows which gave me all that information from one place without manual entry or having 2 separate systems.Tap geren use cases was really good but lack support for other features like automation etc would be better than now.We are solving complex challenges like understanding how users engage with various channels within same day/weekends during specific periods & creating actionable report using dynamic segmentation logic to drive cross channel decisions based on KPIs set by business stakeholders. The support team has been very helpful in assisting with our account set up, and our product implementation. They are always available to help us troubleshoot issues that arise during development or when implementing new products into their platform. I have not found any particular dislike about my experience working with them so far! We use TGP as one of our payment processors for online marketing campaigns. Their integration process was seamless and quick. No problems encountered thus far!
