I've paid more for tools like this. I lost one and quickly ordered another. This was a dollar less than my previous instrument and the quality was just as good if not better! The scraper works wonders - I have trouble with my cuticles, they are thick, tough and grow so far from nail bed to nail bed. I apply my own acrylics - I'm far from a pro - but it keeps my nail beds neat and tidy and my acrylic doesn't lift. Be VERY careful and VERY careful not to apply too much pressure. Because the scraper is sharp, you don't want to extrude the nail layer, you want to extrude into the nail bed. I've had this in the past where I mistook a ridge on my nail for a thick cuticle :( It took months to grow back and there was a risk of infection. Use a LIGHT HAND. Would buy this again.
