These are some of the best leak proof cups so far. The lid is easy on and off and havent had issues with cross thread. There is only 4 parts to this cup. The lid, the cup, a plastic piece, and a rubber gasket. The whole cup disassembles and is dishwasher safe. Everything cleans way easy with no issues. My only complaint is if the outside of the cup is wet my twins have a hard time holding on to the cup. These so far are the easiest to clean and maintain. I would recommend these cups all day long. There is no straw for these cups they are gravity fed. When they are tossed or dropped they do not sling liquid everywhere. Great sippy cups.
