I sent an email to the address provided for customization and have not received a reply. I bought a 4m ivory veil but asked to cut it down to 3m. Their description says they will reply within 24 hours, I understand it might take longer but I have not received a reply and now I need to find a way to cut it short or buy another one. 4 meters is too much for me. The color and quality were great but I got really excited when they described how they handle customer service and custom orders and it definitely wasn't what they said. :(
