
After reading some bad reviews about JESLED warranty and customer service, I want to share my experience. One of my four devices failed within a year. I contacted JESLED customer service (Tom) for help with a replacement. Tom replied within a day or so and sent a replacement which arrived about a week later. When the replacement came it didn't work. A few days later I noticed that the problem was with the input voltage (I use 100-300 VAC, the device arrived at 277-500 VAC). I contacted Tom and it took a few emails to fully explain what happened (at first I thought it was bad, I only noticed the input voltage a few days after I first contacted Tom). At the end of this story, JESLED (Tom) sent another replacement which arrived and works great. VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE in my humble opinion.
