Review on Abco Tech Elevation Pillow Cooling by John Martin

UPDATE: VA Hospital gave me an amazing pillow like this (one that really is the shape it should be) and my cats LOVE this one. So I leave it to them as it keeps them from trying to get on my feet. The instructions state that the pillow should "air out" for a few hours to eliminate trapped odors and that it can be used 2 hours after unpacking. But he also tells you that you have to "wait 48 hours for the pillow to return to its original shape." Well now I've waited twice as long (96 hours) without using it and it's still pretty much folded in four (like it was folded in the package). Attached is a photo of what it looks like 96 hours after I took it out of the bag. I kept it on the ironing board and even removed the lid yesterday, thinking maybe that somehow prevents the memory foam from "returning to its original shape". nope Looks the same tonight. I guess I'll have to see if I can find a box big enough to put it in there so I can get it back?
