Initially skeptical, but great for my restless legs!

I've tried a few things to help my restless legs, but without much success. I started losing sleep and it got pretty bad. A friend of mine told me about it and I figured if it means I can sleep without all those annoying twitches and leg cramps then it's worth it. If they don't work, I might just send them back. When I first opened them I was quite skeptical. The insoles seem to be as generic and flimsy as any of the others, so I wasn't sure the 'mood' would be very effective. I clicked it and wasn't all that impressed. until I found out there are higher settings! They sound pretty loud at full volume, so it probably won't be a solid plan for a quiet setup. And I'm worried about losing the remote control. However, I usually wear them when I'm at my desk or when I'm hanging around the house. I even put them in my slippers and slept in them for the first few days. The small remote easily fits on a keychain or pocket, so it's better to be small than big and bulky. It would also be odd to have a switch on the insoles themselves, although it would be nice to have a backup plan in case you lose the remote. In short, at first glance I didn't think they would make much of a difference. But after two weeks of a good night's sleep, I'm convinced!
