I LOVED THE CONCEPT. For many years I have been looking for an alternative to bottles that contribute to the plastic waistline in our environment. The capsules come in plastic bags, the powder will be lumpy, messy, hard and take up more space. I bought this and another Breezo brand at the same time. Brizo came first. I think it's cheaper and uses smaller portions. I haven't used them enough to know what's best. But I will never go back to bottles and will give to family and friends to help get rid of the horrible wasteful soap bottles that are selling out ASAP. They are wonderful, small and travel-friendly.
