I hesitated for a long time before buying these two rotating fan kits. I looked at the reviews, many of them said only one of the fans worked right away. I didn't want to believe this to be true as I've read it in many other product reviews, but I've never encountered such a situation. The return period was on the 16th, today is the 20th and I finally open the second box because it's hot enough that both fans are needed and lo and behold the son of a bitch doesn't go, the first one worked fine, one squeaked little, oscillating ratchet, but for twenty bucks and 2 fans, what can you expect? I think it would be reasonable to expect both to work and work as advertised. I still have many Revain purchases in the box and am not concerned that once opened they will work and work as advertised. The reviews said it was a bad deal I should have listened to them and now I'm stuck with 1 ratchet fan and 1 not working right out of the box 4 days after the return period!
