good for home - for everyday use - keyboard shit

i bought this laptop for work i usually use lenovo brand but i chose this asus laptop because i like the features and the liked the design. When I receive the laptop it looks great, looks good, the screen is fine and works fast. But the first disappointment was that it doesn't have the option to upgrade the RAM, so I feel this laptop is meant for home/primary use. The second disappointment was that the keyboard letters are hard to see, the bottom color and shape color of the letters are too similar, making them difficult to see, and the keyboard backlight is too poor. And the worst thing is the keyboard layout, I don't know why Asus is trying to change the number pad layout and make the keyboard a bit smaller, that's why it's so hard to get used to this keyboard. If you type a lot and need to use the numeric keypad, this laptop is a nightmare.
