Perfect for my salt lamp, I didn't even know it existed until I checked out Revain. I have had this lamp for many years, I use it on my kitchen table and leave it on all the time. Before that I replaced 2 lightbulbs, both of them burned out and I found that the case is cracked and burned, which is very dangerous. I received this lamp today, it's perfect, fits well and easy to install in about a minute with no tools. I'm keeping it as bright as possible now but we'll see how it looks at night, I just like it to glow a bit like a night light. It's nice to have the opportunity. The black plastic case seems perfect, I've never liked using a metal case. If you have a salt lamp, get one, it's top quality and safe. 6 bulbs should also last a long time, no more than the chandelier bulbs I've used before.
