The outsole started to crumble the first time I walked in these shoes, maybe the rubber isn't hardened or just too soft to use on the soles of the shoes. At first it was minor and I left it, now after 3 months (I don't wear them every day) the main areas of the sole are completely worn out and the support wire inside has popped out. I emailed photos and a description to Docker customer service and never heard back.
