My son was on average 7 years old. I bought it at the time (last year) and the shirt fit him just a bit baggy. He didn't complain and I thought it was great as he loves to wear tank tops under tank tops. He has sensory issues and "fancy" (collared) shirts are a HUGE problem for him.
