Review on Versatile WinSpin Prize Wheel/Brochure Holder For Showcase At Tradeshows: Clear Acrylic, 24-36 Inches by Garry Ortiz

Junk. Don’t waste your money.

The wheel would not spin properly. It would tighten with each spin of the wheel until after about three or four spins, it would lock up and not spin. I made a mechanical fix so that it would spin. Now it favors two opposing sides and barely hits on the others (see pic). In fact, it will go past the "heavy sides and go backward until it hits a "heavy” spot. Testing it, after 30 spins I got 15 hits on two slits next to each other7 hits just opposite of those and some random hits along one side when I tried to make it purposely hit somewhere other than the heavy sides. Maybe you want it to hit on only a handful of spots, but I was looking for something more random. So now, after a trip to the hardware store and about an hour labor trying to make it work, I’m going to have to spend another hour or so trying to tape weights to the back of it to simulate something that’s roughly balanced. Don’t waste your money. It was poorly designed and poorly executed.

Pros
  • Well built!
Cons
