Good pillow but still didn't do the trick!
This pillow is quite comfortable and I like that it has to levels of support so that you can find what is best for you. I, however, continue to wake up with sore shoulders and/or sore neck and sometimes even a headache. At this point I can't assure that it's the pillow that is causing it. Overall, it is comfortable and may work wonders for some.
- Easy care: the outer breathable mesh cover has a hidden zipper to detach it from the pillow and can be machine washed and tumble dry; don’t dry-clean; do not wash the memory foam core
- Can be lumpy in some areas
