Pros: • Mic sounds great, super flexible. They work great when making business calls. • Mute works great too, extensively tested • Voice is clear • Built in volume control/mute. Form for listening to music. Manufactured exclusively for work purposes. • • The sound isn't very loud • • The music is whistling and muffled / Bass or not • I get weird fuzzy static sensations in my ears when the volume is too high / I've had others test and they have the same feeling • Insanely bright blue light keeps flashing on the onboard controls during use / tip: stick a piece of black tape over it • the headgear is NOT flexible and very tight. I'll warm it up later and try to distribute more of it. Overall: Disappointing that I paid for them but received them within 2 days and they will work well enough for what I need them for until I get better ones. If you have a small head, not sensitive ears, and you only need them to call to work, for example, they are quite suitable. They are better than cheap or Bluetooth. I don't necessarily buy these headphones to listen to music, but sometimes during work I can turn on the music where nobody but me can hear.
