Traditionally, I wear ones that are easy to put on and take off, with a strap that goes between the first and second toe. I stayed away from this guy because they don't turn on and off quickly. But I have to say, these are the best! Yes, I can't take them off and put them on quickly, but they don't fly off or snap at the strap either. I can walk with confidence and they feel great. The only strap I have to use is the one that goes around the front of the ankle. I like to go around the house barefoot or wear sandals. Now they are perfect for me. 5 months later and the sole shows signs of wear. The glue seems to be coming loose and the midsole looks like it's about to crack. While the first 2 months seemed really great, they wore out pretty quickly over time. And I don't use them much for hiking or walking long distances. So I would do without it.
