This is my first Chromebook. I did a lot of research and research before purchasing. When it arrived there was a problem logging in. After trying it myself for a few days, I decided to call support. I'm pretty sure the gentleman I spoke to has never seen a Chromebook. He had to stop and look for all sorts of problems, and sometimes even argued with me. For example, one told me to find 2 buttons on the scroll and click on the correct one. NO TWO BUTTONS. It's a smooth cushion, like most laptops. After talking to him for an hour, I started to get very angry. Eventually he decided that I should send it in for service. They sent me a shipping label with the wrong name and address. Then I had to contact her again. The warden explained that she would send the corrected label. It NEVER came. My son ended up visiting from 2000 miles and fixed it in less than 15 minutes. SAMSUNG: PLEASE contact tech support if you have any idea. Once logged in, it's a great little machine. I've read so many negatives about the poor quality of the screen and I see NO problem. It's clear and bright. The main thing I noticed is the speed - MUCH faster than my old laptop!
