Made the Best Fried Cake I've Ever Made

Oh my god this is amazing stuff. This is great for those with a small kitchen like mine because I get a pot, slow cooker and cast iron skillet all in one. When I saw that the lid could be used as a frying pan, I initially thought it was a gimmick and wouldn't work as well as a regular frying pan. I was wrong, it works great! It happens before the season, which is nice. It seals very well and cooks roasted vegetables very well. It's nice and convenient to be able to use the stovetop oven to sear the roast, which by the way is an absolutely necessary step in preparing a pot roast. The only thing I would like to warn you about is to be very careful when removing the cover. I managed to burn myself a bit with the vapor so keep that in mind. To be honest, at times on my Instapot I feel like I could throw out all my other pots and pans. Make sure you do a little research on cleaning cast iron as it differs from stainless steel or non-stick cookware.
