I received the same foot as in the picture. However, the product didn't come in a regular box, just a ziplock box like I'd come to expect from some imported products. I cannot confirm that this is Genunie Jamome's leg. The quality was good and it was perfect for my non-Janome car. I used it for a project this weekend and it worked great. I made a drawstring yoga mat out of it. I was able to perfectly position the seams at the top where the lace ran. The leg also seemed to help lift the car and get through tricky spots where she might need help getting through shifts. I hadn't expected that at all. I bought this for embroidery or quilting, but it's probably great for projects where you need to get really straight seams on big hems.
