Pleasant radio. I've been waiting for the GPS model to become available. I can't get the English USB driver. I cannot program the radio using the keyboard or computer. I want the software to be as modern as the radio. The date is now 3-1-18. I spoke to a factory representative in China. We try to make everything work properly. As soon as it works properly I will update this page. Many Thanks. Date 04/14/18. I had trouble getting the radio to work. Retrivis/Ailunce really did everything to solve my problem. They introduced me to two users who were luckier than me. Unfortunately mine is defective BUT the company's support is a 12 on a scale of one to 10 which is why I gave this review a 5 star rating. I look forward to working with them in the future.
