CB and Talkback radios relaunched

Pleasant radio. I've been waiting for the GPS model to become available. I can't get the English USB driver. I cannot program the radio using the keyboard or computer. I want the software to be as modern as the radio. The date is now 3-1-18. I spoke to a factory representative in China. We try to make everything work properly. As soon as it works properly I will update this page. Many Thanks. Date 04/14/18. I had trouble getting the radio to work. Retrivis/Ailunce really did everything to solve

Pros
  • Combined analogue and digital; Cross-Area Sending and Receiving; TX and RX frequencies; channel number; 32 ID radio, etc.; Users can customize the side buttons according to their habits
Cons
  • I will not say anything

but the bowels are not good. Benefits

DO NOT BUY WARNING Hard radio on the outside, but bold is no good. Pros: Not many, but there are a few. Excellent battery life Sturdy and durable body Good audio reception (when receiving) Cons: Audio transmission is weak or muffled at best. That alone makes this radio useless! Tried the mic with the speaker, it did better but then I couldn't hear the sound received. Nothing good. More random freezes and freezes that require reboot/restart. Cannot rely on radio and thus unusable again! Third…

Pros
  • 3200mAh battery provides more than 15 hours of normal use; more than 160 hours standby time; high-precision GPS tracks you everywhere; ideal for active skiing; hike; Hunt
Cons

A laptop to manage them all

I have several portable DMRs, but this is my first dual band. The HD1/GPS looks and feels like a solid Motorola radio and I'm sure that's no coincidence. For the money you get full VHF and UHF bands, narrowband or wideband, and the ability to introduce 2.5kHz steps after narrowband useful for business or public safety frequencies. Many functions can be programmed directly via the keyboard. You can play with 10 watts, it's waterproof, so to speak. All in all a really powerful radio in a very…

Pros
  • GPS function gives you latlong; Height; Carrier; and speed information; Support for SMS function to send information to another radio with the same protocol DMR
Cons
  • So-so

The radio has a large, sturdy body with a very professional look

After reading some positive reviews I was so happy to get this radio; However, it was quite a disappointment. I immediately updated the firmware to the latest version (we are now at 1.46 GPS) and there are still numerous bugs that render this radio unusable. PROS: The radio has an excellent solid body with a very professional feel. There is no flashlight or other gimmicks like some radios. When you close your eyes, you'll feel like Motorola is in your hands. The battery life is also above…

Pros
  • 3000 channels; With 20,000 priority contacts, you can call your important people more conveniently; HD1 has VFO mode; very easy to learn and use
Cons
  • Some difficulties

The radio you've always wanted - it's here

Before I do this first review, let me say that I've only had the HD1 for a few weeks, but I think I've learned enough about it to give an honest opinion. I must also point out that Retevis' (Angela) customer service has been second to none since my purchase. I had some issues with the software but their help, along with some trial and error and watching a number of YouTube videos about the control panel and software, has now allowed me to fully enjoy the transceiver. The build quality of the…

Pros
  • Dual Time Slot Point-to-Point supports two group calls on the same channel under the direct model; supports DTMF connectivity

  • A newer model could have been chosen
