Review on πŸ‘œ Wenger Granada Pro 15.6-Inch Padded Rolling Laptop Bag: Ultimate Travel Companion for Laptops, 13.8 x 16.5 x 9.8 by Tim Wilson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Excellent bag. loose screws. terrible service.

I really like the bag, with one exception: this is the second time I've had trouble with the Patriot II's telescoping handle. Last time, after a few years of heavy use, the bottom buttons didn't retract, so I had to press them manually when I wanted to hide the handle (landing on an airplane). Bought new a few months ago. Like a minor redesign, especially the integrated padded laptop and iPad sleeves, but now the small torx screws at the top of the telescoping handle have loosened. Those two small screws made it impossible to fully retract the handle, which was very annoying on my recent business flight. (Luckily, a good mover helped me screw them in enough to get by with the pliers he had with him.) Customer service at Wenger was terrible. There are no people willing to help. They ended up hanging up as soon as I called back. (Apparently Wenger is "represented" by the Swiss Army, and the Swiss Army doesn't care about my situation with Wenger.) 5 stars for the bag. Minus one for grip issues. Minus one more for terrible service.
