Review on ASICS Womens Gel Venture 5 W Indigo by Nikki Rodriguez

I had a hard time deciding on this product for a number of reasons. I'll start with what I like about these shoes.1. I like the variety of colors 2. Very comfortable and offers excellent arch support3. They are not too tight around the toes or ankles. I have purple and silver outlines, the colors work well together and are bright enough not to be boring or overwhelming. These shoes provide the necessary arch support needed for my mid arches and my heels. The material offers enough freedom of movement so that your feet do not feel stiff and do not restrict movement in the shoe when running, walking or cycling. The toes have enough room to wiggle so they don't lose circulation and I haven't done that yet. experience every show friction on the back of my heels. (I also wear athletic socks with heel loops, so that's probably a big factor.) My biggest issue with these shoes is that they don't provide zero support when the ground is wet. I keep slipping and almost falling wearing them and walking on tile and laminate floors. To be honest if I had known they didn't have slip resistance I would have chosen a different shoe because in my current budget $50-60 is a lot of money to spend on shoes I wear myself in end up hurting. All of these shoes are very nice and offer good arch and heel support. They are made of good materials but do not slip. If you are okay with slippery shoes that look really cute, then go for it. If, like me, you want your running shoes to have some slip resistance, I recommend researching shoes with better slip resistance, especially as they are expensive.
