$worth - you won't regret this purchase

> Got this as a birthday present for my 3 year old son who is obsessed with trucks and construction equipment. He loved it. > Solid metal (although the seat is plastic). It's a little fiddly to put together, but that's only because you have one section where all the pieces come together, and it takes a lot of coordination to hold all the washers and nuts in place while you thread the bolt in. Otherwise it wouldn't take long to assemble. > It's odd that there weren't holes in the bottom of the seat to insert screws to attach to the overall fixture, so have something handy to help you out cutting holes in hard plastic. > If you have hardwood floors, don't let your child use this on them. My son opened this gift indoors at his party and we collected it (indoors) and he started walking through the green woods to the city. Luckily we also have a rug and we quickly installed it and all was fine until we could take it outside the next day. In the meantime he shoveled toys ;)>He shoveled toys, gravel, dirt, loose sand, leaves, you name it. Being a hard metal, it all depends on the kid's ability and strength as to what they can scoop - the shovel itself can dig through anything.> It didn't take him long to figure it out either. I'd say about 20 minutes of fidgeting and he's had downward moves. He can also drag it to where he wants to dig as it's not too heavy although it's awkward to lift as the hand moves easily > Absolutely worth every penny and I've already sent this link to a few friends, who thought it was the coolest thing in the world and wanted it for their kids. Already buy.
