When I first opened this bag I thought it was too cheap and wouldn't organize my stuff well. However, I borrowed my favorite bag and didn't get it back, so I decided to give it a try. I like it a lot more than I expected. This product is lightweight yet durable. I don't carry my laptop around with me, but I like the separate compartment for my journal and other papers that I need to protect. (Yes, I'm old!). The main compartment is roomy and good for things I need to carry around. I like the little secure pocket on the top flap. To protect my phone and keys. 2 water bottle holders are good (although I would be willing to forego any of the items I'm about to list. I gave this product 4 stars instead of 5 for only 2 cons if I use it to stash my many odds and ends and would complain about 2 Zippers in the pocket instead of a forward one so little things don't fall out when I unzip it Needs to be carried but doesn't need to be used all the time The pen holder is in a little pocket that things fall out of when I open it, although it is is nice I don't usually use this feature I would buy this product again!
