I used Flavacol when I was making popcorn for hungry customers at the amusement park, so I knew that's what the 'pros' use. I'm happy to report that when you use this popcorn, your popcorn will taste like it was just made in a movie theater. I like brushing the kernels with some oil, mixing in the flavacol, and then adding it to the oil pot on the stove when it's hot enough (as opposed to sprinkling fresh corn, which I usually do). can easily be seen by accidentally adding too much). It also means I no longer stuff my popcorn with extra toppings like butter or regular salt. Delicious!
