used shoes; claims to be new
The shoes received were used. The soles were scuffed, the inside of the shoes showed scratch marks, as if they had been rubbed off when worn. There was also animal hair in both shoes. Oh, and no shoe box. Just two boots thrown into a revain box. Used shoes but the price is new. Unacceptable!
