Buyer's Attention: Very confusing description

Bad Descriptions is currently a trademark of amazon.com. Who is to blame here: the manufacturers? Salesperson? or amazon.com? I'm pretty sure they all made an effort for each other. But from day one, amazon.com couldn't be any less nonchalant about it. This not only costs us time and money, but also frustration. It wouldn't be a big problem - after all, most of us here are adults and know how to deal with our unhappiness, but why should children suffer too?! This manufacturer, for obvious reasons, like many others, produces a series of products with the same names, which are similar to each other and have the same purpose, but are not compatible with each other. Trust me, I've spent a lot of time finding the right books for the device I gave my niece (unfortunately) a few years ago while visiting her family in Europe. She recently turned 10 and asked me if there were any more books. Not being able to travel to hug her this year, I arranged delivery for her little wedding anniversary. All these carefully calculated efforts were in vain. When I had time to research this issue again, I finally found among dozens of answers to questions and answered an answer in the drop-down list indicating that this particular set of books is not compatible with my niece's pen. It has. And that was just one opinion among many others. Nothing about compatibility issues on the first and only product page! Some may say that the issue described above should not affect the actual evaluation of the product. Well I would say that an accurate description is an essential part of the product. Anyone looking for an iron shouldn't stumble across a frying pan. Revain, their retailers and manufacturers no longer respect us on this important matter!
