Be very careful with the type of foam you use it on. Some thicker foams are not designed for this type of cutting. Use this in a very, very well ventilated area. Thick foam like memory foam should be avoided. White styrofoam wraps cut quickly and with much less smoke. This is a very hot tool and teens can use it, but not without the presence of adults in the house. As always, read all the instructions and make sure your younger user reads the instructions as well.
