This product restored the shine to dull areas on my clear coat finish. The product is very similar to cleaning wax for your fiberglass car or boat. If you have polished fiberglass by hand before, you may be familiar with the combination of compound and wax. Similarly, if you have buffed scratches on your car's clear coat, this product is a creamy, thick liquid with some grit. I have an Arts and Crafts solid white oak dining table with a high gloss finish. I believe it's a catalyzed clear coat but I'm not sure.
