First I ordered the version with adapter, but got the version with USB. Not great knowing how brittle solder joints are on typical micro USB connectors. That's why I ordered a transitional version, but well, you shouldn't send it back. Then he shaved badly and pulled hard. It just doesn't seem to have the power to shave off my facial hair. Luckily, my skin isn't too sensitive, so no redness from it just isn't the most comfortable feeling. Then yesterday (just two months after purchase) a small piece of plastic broke off one of the heads and now the flaps are dangling making it impossible to use. Not fully waterproof either, and I once noticed condensation on the display that dried up while drying. Generally just avoid it. It's not worth the headache.
