I have had several Norelco razors over the years and this was the first razor from this brand. This razor seems to be the best razor I have ever had. Shave very smooth, easy and fast. I was very surprised how comfortable it is.

When trying to pull out the inner box, the handle cord came loose. Maybe I pulled too hard or the string itself was too weak. So be careful when you take out the box. I was skeptical about buying "OFF BRAND" but here is the truth. It shaves BETTER than the Norelco which I replaced for HALF the price.
