Each tool is made from decent materials and the plastic is strong enough to get the job done. I've never used them, but they're pretty easy once you get the hang of them. My thumb fits well in a tool bag and prevents my thumb from getting pinched or swollen allowing for a deeper shoulder massage. The small massagers are good and the pressure point tool works just as well as a basic back massager. I am very satisfied with this massage set.
