Prompt shipping & arrival; well packaged; no shipping issues.The product itself is very good; solidly made.There are only 2 things that prevent this product from receiving a 5-star rating. 1) the color is more of a gray-white, than a true white. Not a big deal. But when set against a true white dish, it appears dingy rather than bright. 2) The shape is slightly less than perfect, in that rather than being uniform and true round in shape, there are a few egg cups that seem just slightly flattened, like the mold was bent ever so slightly. It's very difficult to notice unless your a perfectionist, like me. But the product as a whole, is still very good, especially for the price. I would recommend these.But if I were looking for exceptional quality, that goes above and beyond the norm, I'd probably look for egg cups that are a step up.
