I've worked in the fitness industry for a decade. I've tried every supplement under the sun- from thermos, to pre's, to proteins, BCAAs, you name it.I've only used L-Carnitine in pill form before and was never really sold on the effects. until this product.This liquid is fast acting, no stimulants, just pure thermo/fat burning action. I have seen noticable results in my workouts over the past month in switching to this product: Lots of sweat (which I love) and dramatic fat reduction (12lbs in a month) paired with strength/cardio/nutrition routine.I am a 39 year old female, 157lbs, 5'10" and use only half a cap-full 30 minutes before each of my runs and/or workouts.Will buy in other flavors and 10/10 would recommend to friends/others.
