Sorry. I use the word VERY sparingly, but this skirt is so cute...I get compliments all the time. It's NOT stretchy...well the belt...it's a cheap but beautiful blend of polyester and cotton, so comfortable yet casual or dressy. I'm 5'5 and 135 lbs...small is a bit big but not paired with a small shirt. I love it β€οΈ
