Favorite picky 5 year old!

Comfortable, non slip, safe for water and outdoor play for my almost 5 year old girl who likes to go barefoot. Very convenient! Her foot was a perfect size 11 so I bought an 11.5. I could go a 1/2 up and it would be fine, but this summer a size 11.5 will do. I didn't want to go too far and let her feet slip. It has extra room at the heel.
