Poor quality product
I bought this product new in February 2019 and in September 2019 it has not worked for 7 months. I haven't even used it that much and there is no physical damage (like falls). I turned it on (the day it stopped working), used it for about 20 minutes and while I was still working it went off, never to turn it on again. I am very disappointed.
