Best feature: It keeps the water warm. When I first used it I added slightly hot water and it got hot. The next time I added warm water it hit 99 degrees and I felt great! I don't care about the hard ledges on which the soles of my feet rest. If you have sensitive feet, you may need a smooth-bottomed foot spa. It has wheels and they feel pretty good when you stand on them. The bubbler option doesn't seem to do much. It's very easy to drain all the water into the tub through the plug at the front of the sink, and it's easy to get full when I take it into the tub.
