I like that they have high availability with redundant power systems. The staff is friendly as well! There's nothing about this service so far that we dislike. We're looking for an ISP that offers 24/7 uptime, but also has great customer support when you need it most. Their site was down briefly during our business hours one day last week, which put us behind schedule. It was fixed quickly by their tech team though. If you want to host your website or other online presence, then quadranet should be at the top of your list. Reliability is key if you don't have backups. Also, they offer backup services too. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are very responsive and always eager to help. The prices are very reasonable. The facility is very clean and well maintained. I have no complaints. I would recommend QuadraNet to anyone looking for a reliable data center. We are using QuadraNet for our web hosting needs. They have a very friendly staff that is always willing to help and answer any questions.
