The price of this service is very competitive compared to other providers offering similar services. It's reliable - I've never had any issues with their support team or website! Nothing really at all that makes me dislike it as much as some others have stated. If you're looking for reliability then go ahead because they do deliver what they say they will provide. We needed an inexpensive solution where we could host our websites online without spending too much money upfront. So far so good!!

I like that they have high availability with redundant power systems. The staff is friendly as well! There's nothing about this service so far that we dislike. We're looking for an ISP that offers 24/7 uptime, but also has great customer support when you need it most. Their site was down briefly during our business hours one day last week, which put us behind schedule. It was fixed quickly by their tech team though.
