Item arrived on time (Made in China). No instructions or accessories included. An important note: mount all wheels either lengthwise or crosswise, do not mix or match. Installation was easy. Using the wheels as a template, pre-drill the holes and install the screws. The rubber wheels are very comfortable and facilitate maneuvering. The locking mechanism was difficult to engage. Initially I had to use a hammer to activate the locking mechanism (plastic). I've found that using WD40 to loosen the hinges has helped some. The wheels are very small, so pay attention to the stated weight limits.
