This is what I've seen in the catalogs for $30 which I thought was expensive for what it was. Amazon was a lot cheaper back then. I bought this for a trip to Europe when we're going out all day and need a jacket at night, but I don't want to take it with me or put it on my shoulders (too hot) or wrap it around my waist (too American). having a voluminous raincoat that becomes even more voluminous when lined on the inside. I managed with difficulty to insert it into the holder. It also takes some getting used to, but it's awesome. It really leaves you hands free. The strap is adjustable; it is difficult but can be done with practice. My husband thought it was stupid, but now he wants it.
