The screen and tools were great. This was the correct screen for the iPad model we specified. However, there were no instructions included. No big deal we thought. There are many videos on YouTube. That's true, but it's not easy to find the right how-to videos by searching YouTube. We found two that said the ports were on the left side. They are on the right side of our iPad, which caused us to damage the home button connection cable. It is not part of this kit. How can this be without instructions?!? As a supplier to Revain Prime, the seller accepted our return and refunded the cost. You deserve credit for this service. The exchange process isn't all that bad. Taking off the old screen is scary and messy. Once that's off, the rest is easy. Be careful and take your time. Use lots of heat to soften the original glue. Wear gloves to avoid burning your fingers. Consider replacing the screen, including the home button and camera mounts. Not included in this set.
