We are always hesitant when it comes to ordering third party ink or toner. We just had bad luck with it, but the price was right and it matched Amazon Prime so we decided to give it a try. I want to start with a guide. Most products give us sketchy instructions that are of little help. The instructions provided were very clear and easy to follow, they have written instructions with clear pictures above them. The instructions were very easy to follow. Thanks for that. The product itself was easy to install and when we compared it to our old cartridge I have to say it prints better at 300dpi, 600dpi and 1200dpi, the quality looks better in every way. . When we lifted the toner cartridge and shook it, not much powder fell out like many other toner cartridges, we'd like to think that speaks volumes about the quality. I know I hate when toner powder comes out and gets on everything in your printer. We have been ordering our toner from other sources for years and once we have received it we will be ordering from these people from now on or until we have a reason not to. I would suggest these guys or at least encourage you to try. Thanks for a great product.
