I've been using this StarTech USB C Multiport Adapter for a few weeks now and am very happy with its performance. I connected an adapter to my HP Specter x360. One of the features of this adapter is that you can plug the USB-C power adapter into this Startech adapter and the Startech USB-C adapter directly into the laptop - it essentially passes power through it. This feature works on the Specter X360, although this laptop recommends using original HP power supplies. Plugging in the adapter actually gives you (2) USB 3.0 ports, one HDMI port, and one Gigabit Ethernet port. I stuffed all of these adapters with 2 external drives and an ethernet cable and plugged them into my monitor and it worked flawlessly. would recommend the product.
